Checkout.com, a leading global payments platform, seeks an enthusiastic Payments Sales Manager for its Commercial Payments Team. The role focuses on driving rapid growth across various industries by selling Checkout.com’s full payments technology stack to middle‑market and large enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultative payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payments structures using Checkout.com solutions.
  • Identify, qualify and close the most promising prospects and partners to build a healthy pipeline across verticals.
  • Build prospect engagement strategies and collaborate with marketing, business development, product and other teams to generate qualified leads both in cold and warm channels.
  • Pitch next‑generation payment solutions and value‑added services to C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations and proposals for prospective merchants and implement winning negotiation strategies.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Checkout.com’s technology stack, helping new merchants understand how Checkout.com solves their pain points and answering detailed product questions.
  • Orchestrate the entire sales process, drive urgency, and work toward mutual action plans, acting as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a well‑organized portfolio and nurture key accounts, developing a deep understanding of their industry, pain points and needs.
  • Partner with other Payment Sales Managers to share best practices, business insights and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback on local market trends, competitor insights and customer needs to sales, product and marketing teams.
