The Revenue Enablement Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the UK & EEA Commercial teams, and wider Revenue Enablement team with training delivery, enablement activation initiatives, content production, process management and improvements, reporting and communication. Act as a strategic partner to the VP of UK & EEA, participating in regional leadership meetings to proactively identify productivity bottlenecks before they impact revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders and teams such as Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing.
  • Deliver high‑impact workshops and coaching sessions that drive behavioral change for new joiners and existing teams in Commercial.
  • Build and refine enablement initiatives aiming to support performance improvements.
  • Field ad‑hoc content and support requests from the Enablement leads when onboarding specific Commercial roles in the region.
  • Build training and content for e‑learning and live in‑person training (Video content, Slides, and Docs).
  • Promote CMS and LMS platform best practices (experience with any Learning and Content Management system is appreciated).
  • Maintain content libraries and repositories.
  • Manage internal communication campaigns via email, Slack, and similar tools.
  • Manage data from training and other initiatives, including analysis of data to identify and report on outcomes and gaps.
  • Support high‑impact flagship events such as Kick‑Off, President’s Club, and Commercial Leadership Summits.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Commercial roles and/or Enablement/Training in FinTech, Financial Services, Tech, or SaaS.
  • AI native, tech‑savvy and data‑driven.
  • Passionate about training and development.
  • Experience creating video, digital marketing content, and social media content is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards and Sales Engagement Tools such as Clari, Groove, Salesloft, Outreach etc is a plus.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of global payments (Acquiring, Issuing, Schemes, and alternative).
