As a Senior Software Engineer embedded within a multifunctional team, you will collaborate with Product and Design counterparts to lead the UI implementation of Checkout.com products and services, ensuring our merchants enjoy an optimal experience across all frontend touchpoints. We seek engineers who are versatile, demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, and are enthusiastic about tackling new challenges across the full stack as we push technology forward.
With your technical expertise, you will lead project priorities, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.
Qualifications- Comprehensive skills in React and TypeScript: Capable of architecting complex applications, driving best practices, and mentoring others.
- Extensive experience in software development, design, and architecture, with a strong focus on security.
- Experience collaborating on software projects with both design and backend teams.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows.
- Cloud-based application development experience.
- Strong customer focus; building accessible applications with a great UX.
