Your Impact
- Build data foundations: design and implement high-performance, reusable data models within our modern data stack, and enable users to access the products via our analytics tools.
- Collaborate across teams: work with product managers, engineers and analysts to translate complex business requirements into data insights to underpin our competitive advantage.
- Own the performance: continuously uncover insights, identify opportunities and help our teams to measure the ROI.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Graduated by July 2026 or within the last two years.
- Proficiency in programming with Python and interrogating data with SQL.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, curious and a genuine interest in FinTech and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
