We are looking for a Deal Desk Associate to support our growing Sales Operations team in London. The role will work closely with Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, Finance, and Customer Success teams to enable seamless deals and contract management.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team related to contracts and quotes.
  • Validate opportunities and ensure they match contract terms daily.
  • Collaborate with Customer Onboarding and Legal to facilitate quick merchant sign‑ups.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success on new amendments and modifications.
  • Support sales with pricing and construction of quotes and sales orders.
  • Ensure orders and related documents are constructed correctly and meet approved contracts, pricing, revenue and other internal guidelines.
  • Review and process customer agreements and contracts.
  • Respond to customer and field inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and agreements.
  • Address support requests related to customer agreements.
  • Maintain customer files and records in internal systems.
Qualifications
  • Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders.
  • Fast learner who thrives in an entrepreneurial, mobile environment.
  • Motivated by new challenges and hungry to learn.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
