Leidos is seeking a skilled Dependency Manager to join the Programme Management Office (PMO) of a major programme. This key role will take ownership of both contractual and internal dependencies, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will operate within a structured contractual framework, proactively identifying and managing risks that could impact programme outcomes.
The role:
- Manage, track and coordinate dependencies across internal workstreams and external contractual obligations to ensure alignment with programme milestones.
- Develop and maintain a dependency register, providing visibility and clarity to senior stakeholders.
- Assess and highlight risks associated with dependencies, escalating issues promptly and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with programme leads, suppliers, and partners to ensure contractual commitments are met and integrated into delivery plans.
- Support governance processes within the PMO, ensuring dependency management aligns with programme controls and reporting standards.
