Your Mission
As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for all mechanical and electrical maintenance on shift. You’ll lead from the front—ensuring equipment runs efficiently, safely, and sustainably. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our journey to “Best in Class” through Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities on shift.
Drive improvements inOEEandmaintenance KPIs.
Manage and supervise contractors and the on-site TPM team.
Plan and implement preventative and reactive maintenance strategies.
Ensure full compliance withHealth, Safety, and Environmentalstandards.
Use Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Performance Goals
Achieve and sustain85%+ OEE.
ImproveMean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
ReduceMean Time to Repair (MTTR).
Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and work orders.
What You’ll Bring
Time-served apprentice orNVQ in Maintenance Engineering(Level 3+).
HNC/HNDin Maintenance Engineering (desirable).
Green Belt Six Sigmacertified.
IOSH Managing Safelyqualified.
Strong mechanical engineering skills; electrical knowledge is a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
NVQ Level 4 in SHE Quarry Operations (advantageous).
A proactive, hands-on leader with excellent communication and motivational skills.
