Job Description:

What is the opportunity? An exciting opportunity to join the growing RBC BlueBay Asset Management UK FIG Sales Team. You will be responsible for supporting and helping to execute the sales/service plan for UK and Irish clients and supporting the broader team for multi-regional clients and prospects.

What will you do?

  1. Help execute the sales/service plan for UK Financial Institutions (e.g., PWM’s/IFA/Private Banks/Multi-managers/GFI) in line with the broader channel/GBD strategy and in support of the firm’s objectives.
  2. Work with UK FIG team members to strengthen existing client relationships.
  3. Support strategic priorities to diversify the firm’s AUM into a FIG client base, including UK Wholesale under discretionary and advisory.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team performance.
  5. Maintain and leverage the Client Management System (Salesforce) to ensure effective service and data quality.
  6. Support monitoring and reporting of market and regulatory developments relevant to the strategy.
