We have an excellent opportunity for a Wealth Paraplanner to join our team in London on a permanent basis .
As a Paraplanner, you will have a broad understanding of core Financial Planning solutions and will build knowledge through exposure to client planning scenarios. Your role involves analyzing clients\’ aims and needs to construct solutions that support advisors in communicating effectively with clients.
What will you do?
- Provide appropriate support for Financial Advisers/Financial Planners.
- Facilitate the smooth processing of new and existing business.
- Liaise with administration support.
- Monitor the performance and throughput of administration support to maintain standards and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, principles, RBCBD policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to Conduct Risk standards.
- Develop a broad understanding of financial planning solutions through exposure to client scenarios.
- Analyze client aims and needs to help construct solutions for communication by advisors.
- Assist in producing robust financial plans and analytical information under supervision.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Clear and concise communication skills—oral and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines within restricted timescales.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of RBC Brewin Dolphin values.
