Job Description What is the opportunity? Your main responsibilities as a Paraplanner within the RBC Wealth Planning team are to provide excellent service to clients, as well as providing advice to the Wealth Planners when advising high net worth clients on appropriate financial solutions and products. What will you do? Drive to contribute towards the development of best practice within Wealth Planning, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service. Communicate with the Wealth Planners regarding their advice to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients on appropriate financial solutions and products. Participate in client meetings with other advisers as required and produce follow-up notes and work to a high standard. Provide an efficient, friendly, and professional point of contact for clients and inquiries by telephone, email, and in person. Collate and maintain information and documents required to support the advice team in providing compliant advice. Prepare advice letters, detailed reports, and financial plans making use of cash flow modelling tools as necessary. Assist the financial planners to ensure that the advice they provide is in line with internal procedures and external regulations. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Level 4 certification in Paraplanning. Proven experience in Paraplanning or in a similar role. Experience using cash flow modeling within holistic financial planning. Nice-to-have Working towards obtaining the Chartered Status. Experience in providing a professional client service to high-net-worth clients. What is in it for you?
