What will you do? Provide an effective link between Front Office & other stakeholders within the wider Finance team, bringing specialist product knowledge to resolve daily P+L disagreements and achieve P+L agreement with FO. Produce daily P&L and decomp reports for traders, including analytical review of risk-based decomposition and comparison of trader flash versus actual. Ensure the integrity of the bank\’s books and records, including reconciliation to ledger systems and monthly attestation. Alert the wider Product Control team and stakeholders of revaluation issues affecting downstream activity. Produce analytical reports for the business and Finance team, including ad-hoc reports as needed. Participate in key change management projects to improve daily processes. Maintain independence of the PC function. Support and train junior team members. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Strong vanilla options, structured interest rates, note issuance product, and revaluation skills. Competent accountancy skills; preferably fully qualified CIMMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent. Excellent numerical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, especially with Front Office. Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively. Nice-to-have University Degree or equivalent. Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar). What is in it for you?
