What is the opportunity?
You will be a key member of a London-based team responsible for maintaining and facilitating effective relationships and managing regulatory requests with RBC’s lead financial regulators across UK & Europe. This role involves engaging with RBC’s Global Regulatory Relations team and working in an environment that, from mid-September 2025, expects employees to work in-office with some flexibility for remote work.
What will you do?
- Regulatory Engagement & Maintaining Regulatory Relationships: Assist in managing regulatory engagements, ensuring responses meet local and global expectations, and liaising with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate responses.
- Governance & Reporting: Identify and escalate risk issues appropriately within RBC.
- Regulatory Advisory: Support consistent regulatory engagement practices, provide updates to senior leadership, and handle confidential projects with discretion.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Strong organizational skills and experience with Capital Markets, Wealth, and Asset Management products.
- Experience in regulatory or highly regulated environments, business analysis, and corporate relationship management.
- Degree education, attention to detail, tenacity, strategic communication skills, and ability to work with limited supervision.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with executives and project management accreditation.
