π― The Role
Medify is recruiting multiple experienced Psychology subject matter experts with excellent written communication skills to create high-quality tutorial and assessment content on a flexible freelance basis. This role is ideal for current or recent A Level Psychology teachers who have experience developing engaging teaching resources and assessments and are passionate about helping students succeed.
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality assessment material, including questions and mark schemes
- Produce accurate, engaging, and specification-aligned study notes
- Review and quality assure educational content for accuracy and curriculum alignment
- Create content that supports student understanding and exam performance
- Collaborate with Medify's Learning team and respond to editorial feedback

Essential
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Psychology or a closely related subject
- Extensive experience working with an A Level Psychology specification
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Experience developing, writing, and refining assessment content
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Desirable
- Experience teaching AQA's new A Level Psychology specification (first teaching 2025)
- Experience examining A Level Psychology
- PGCE, teaching qualification, or equivalent educational experience
