Job Responsibilities:
- Business Support and CEO Assistance: Assist the regional CEO in handling daily operational management affairs; follow up on the execution and implementation of key business decisions; participate in business data analysis and review.
- Local Compliance and Company Operations: Lead or assist in the registration, changes, annual audits, and bank account openings for overseas companies; ensure compliance with local laws, finance, and tax regulations.
- Headquarters Policy Implementation: Act as an interface between headquarters and the regional department, promoting the implementation of financial and management systems overseas; assist in establishing regional financial processes and internal control systems.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Follow up on project pipeline (bidding, execution, payment collection); participate in budget preparation, cost control, and project operational analysis; support project profitability enhancement.
- Financial Review and Risk Control: Participate in project financial reviews and bidding support; review contract financial and tax clauses; identify and alert to financial and tax risks in overseas projects.
- Tax and Fund Management: Learn and execute local tax declarations and related policies; participate in tax planning and cash flow management; assist in responding to tax inspections.
- Comprehensive Operational Support: Assist with local recruitment, payroll calculation, and personnel management; support visa processing and administrative affairs.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Finance, Economics, International Economics and Trade, or related fields; a minor in law/commercial law is preferred.
- Skills Required: Good command of English (can be used as a working language); strong data analysis and logical thinking skills; interest in business and commercial operations, with an awareness of the integration of finance and business; good communication skills and cross-cultural adaptability; strong learning ability and execution capability.
