We are seeking a Lecturer to teach GCSE Business to students aged 16‑19.
Responsibilities:
- Teach courses provided or serviced by the school, contribute to the development of existing and new provision, and implement flexible and cost-effective teaching and learning styles.
- Prepare students for exams, mark class work, homework and mock exams, and monitor student progress and curriculum development.
Qualifications:
- Excellent teaching skills in GCSE Business, energy, enthusiasm and passion for the subject and education.
- Ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners, monitoring their progress.
- Hardworking and flexible, able to use new technologies to enhance teaching and learning, receptive to new ideas and initiatives, and have a creative approach to problem solving.
