This includes a BA (Hons) Integrative Relational Counselling degree, a Mental Health degree and study programme, as well as part-time adult courses at Levels 2 and 3, and a Level 4 Diploma. Our introductory courses are currently accredited by NCFE (Level 3) and CPCAB (Level 2). Our ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification in Integrative Relational Counselling or Psychotherapy (minimum Level 6 Diploma or Honours degree). A teaching qualification is essential, along with either a supervision qualification or experience of providing supervision to individuals or groups within a counselling or life coaching context.

You’ll be a creative, resourceful and effective educator, able to communicate knowledge clearly while supporting, challenging and motivating students. You’ll demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to plan, prepare and manage administrative responsibilities effectively to meet deadlines, while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
