Kingston College is seeking a Lecturer to teach GCSE Business to students aged 16‑19.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses provided or serviced by the school.
  • Contribute to the development of existing and new provision.
  • Implement flexible and cost-effective teaching and learning styles.
  • Prepare students for exams, mark class work, homework and mock exams.
  • Monitor student progress and curriculum development.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent teaching skills in GCSE Business.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and passion for the subject and education.
  • Ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners.
  • Hardworking and flexible, able to use new technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
