Kingston College is seeking a Lecturer to teach GCSE Business to students aged 16‑19.
Responsibilities:
- Teach courses provided or serviced by the school.
- Contribute to the development of existing and new provision.
- Implement flexible and cost-effective teaching and learning styles.
- Prepare students for exams, mark class work, homework and mock exams.
- Monitor student progress and curriculum development.
Qualifications:
- Excellent teaching skills in GCSE Business.
- Energy, enthusiasm and passion for the subject and education.
- Ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners.
