Permanent, Part Time (28.8 hours a week over 52 weeks a year). South Thames Colleges Group is looking for a Group Apprenticeship Administrator to provide administration support to the Apprenticeship Group Unit and apprenticeships staff, to support the effective management and delivery of apprenticeships and its operation within each College.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team, you’ll liaise with apprenticeship staff and cross‑college services on apprentice and staff matters.
  • Manage enquiries and administration tasks relating to apprenticeships and curriculum.
  • Provide effective and flexible support for ad‑hoc business tasks and events such as those linked to enrolment, progression and admissions within each College.

Qualifications

  • Educated to Level 3 as a minimum.
  • Experience of providing strong administrative support in a fast‑paced apprenticeship setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet targets.
  • Strong communicator with a high level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise, working effectively under pressure.

Position based primarily at Merton College but requires travel to other STCG sites.
