SMOORE is the world's leading manufacturer of vaping technology and a global powerhouse in the e-cigarette industry. We are rapidly expanding our business across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for highly motivated Field Sales Representatives / Brand Ambassadors to drive our retail presence in the following regions: Plymouth, Teesside, Bristol, Lincoln, North Belfast, and Dublin. You will represent our flagship brands (VAPORESSO & DOJO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Channel Development: Proactively visit and manage relationships with independent vape shops, tobacconists, convenience stores, and other retail outlets across your assigned territory.
- Brand Activation & POS Execution: Ensure high-quality product placement, execute in-store promotions, and maintain brand visibility at the point of sale (POS).
- Sales & Account Management: Drive sell-in and sell-out to achieve monthly sales targets. Negotiate product listings and orders directly with store owners and retail buyers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, gather market feedback from retail stores, and report trends to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Store Staff Training: Train retail staff on product knowledge, brand USPs, and effective selling techniques to boost store sales.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle. (This is a field-based role requiring daily travel to visit retail stores; a car allowance will be provided).
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or B2B sales (experience in vape, tobacco, FMCG, or convenience retail is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
