Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR roles, with good knowledge of UK employment laws and HR processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (HR or related field preferred).
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus, depending on business needs).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards it.
  • Experience in a multicultural or international working environment.
