Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations in all HR practices

- Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
