Join us at Barclays as Workstream Lead to support the delivery of an advanced Risk Rating System within Private Banking and Wealth Management.

These roles sit within a major regulatory transformation programme and will lead key workstreams across model development, credit risk, and data delivery.

  • To be successful as a Workstream Lead, you should have experience with:
  • End-to-end delivery ownership of complex regulatory / risk transformation workstreams

Solid knowledge of IRB framework and regulatory requirements (e. g. PD, LGD, Use Test, governance)

Ability to lead and align cross-functional stakeholders across business, risk and technology

Experience in data, modelling or technology delivery within credit risk / IRB environments

Some other highly valued skills may include

Solid governance and control framework experience (risk, audit, regulatory engagement)

Experience in structured planning and delivery (e. g. requirements decomposition, Agile / large-scale programmes)
