As our new Warehouse Systems Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be the key intermediary between our warehouse operation, the Jet2 IT team, our WMS/WCS providers and, in time, our automation provider. You will respond to issues raised by users in the warehouse and where appropriate resolve the issue and own them to completion. This role is based 5 days a week at our Middlewich Warehouse.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Application Support for Jet2’s WMS and WCS platforms.
  • Onsite desktop/IT Support – liaising with Jet2IT as necessary.
  • You'll escalate issues to our WMS and WCS suppliers – ensuring incidents are managed through to completion.
  • Master Data Management.
  • Scada or Vanderlande is advantageous.
  • Understanding of SQL with good experience using PowerBI.
