Within KPMG’s highly successful People practice, we work with our clients to help them understand how cloud‑based HCM technologies can improve all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting and improving overall business performance. We are looking for outstanding consultants to grow with us and develop our SuccessFactors team while delivering against our strategy through large‑scale transformation programmes.
What will you be doing?
- Workstream Delivery: Take ownership of specific parts of one or more functional workstreams, including running client workshops and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules. Collaborate with clients and support them through their finance transformation journey.
- Stakeholder Interaction & Challenges: Work effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders. Exhibit excellent interpersonal, team‑building, organisational and client collaboration skills. Deliver strong presentation skills and positively influence both client and internal stakeholders, including support for ongoing opportunity pursuits and presentation at client orals.
- Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance: Be well versed with project management and governance including management of project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and scope. Present solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as a Design Authority.
What will you need to do it?
- Our candidates must have strong commercial acumen, hunger to learn and develop, and thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.
- Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well‑developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment, preferably across multiple sectors.
- Experience producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirement traceability matrices, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, team‑building, organisational and motivational skills.
- Awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
- Certifications in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
