We welcome candidates from a range of professional backgrounds who are curious, collaborative, and motivated by helping legal teams work more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers to research prospects, shape pursuit strategies, and progress opportunities from qualification through to close (new business and expansion).
  • Engage senior stakeholders within law firms and in‑house legal teams to understand their priorities and position LexisNexis as a trusted partner in legal technology and workflow improvement.
  • Lead structured discovery and workflow analysis to identify challenges, decision‑makers, opportunities for improvement, and measurable value.
  • Translate complex legal workflows into clear, relevant use cases and solution approaches aligned to client and practice‑area goals.
  • Design and deliver tailored, insight‑led demonstrations and presentations for individuals and groups of varying sizes.
  • Develop proof‑of‑concept engagements to validate value and build confidence in our solutions.
  • Act as a Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams, informed by customer and market research.
  • Represent LexisNexis at industry events and executive briefings, as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, with experience working in legal practice or in‑house environments. (Ideally 3+ years PQE)
  • Professional experience in a leading law firm or complex corporate setting, with exposure to client‑facing or stakeholder‑facing work.
  • Experience within corporate, finance, disputes/litigation, or other complex practice areas, or transferable experience working with sophisticated legal matters.
  • The ability to build credibility with senior legal stakeholders through thoughtful communication, subject‑matter understanding, and professional presence.
  • Confidence delivering clear, engaging presentations and demonstrations to both legal and business audiences.
  • A strong understanding of legal workflows and interest in how technology and AI can enable better service delivery.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working in a goal‑oriented environment where collaboration and shared success matter.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product, and client teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Creation and progression of qualified opportunities and contribution to new and expanded customer revenue.
  • Effective movement of opportunities through the sales cycle by building clarity, alignment, and confidence.
  • Strong, trusted relationships with prospective customers.
  • Meaningful customer insights shared across teams, helping to shape product development and go‑to‑market activity.
