Today we number more than 800 people with Clubs across the UK, Europe and the USA.
About The Role: We are seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to build, manage, and scale high impact partner relationships that drive pipeline growth, co-selling success, and long term revenue. Reporting to the Head of Alliances and Marketing, this role is central to our partner‑led go‑to‑market strategy and works cross‑functionally with Client Partnerships, Client Services, Marketing, and our Practice Groups to ensure partners are enabled, engaged, and delivering results. You will act as the primary internal owner for your portfolio of strategic alliances, ensuring operational excellence, strong joint planning, and measurable outcomes. Based on the nature of the role, there will be some travel involved to our relevant business units and partners across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Strategy & Revenue Growth: Drive healthy pipeline generation through partner‑led opportunities. Coordinate and lead joint business planning with partners. Lead regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to assess performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Partner Enablement & Sales Readiness: Equip partners with essential tools, training, and resources to effectively market and sell AND’s services, in alignment with business initiatives. Complete required sales enablement training and certifications for the portfolio of partners you own and manage. Identify upskilling opportunities for ANDi’s and provide access to relevant certifications aligned to roles and business units.
- Operational Excellence & Internal Alignment: Input partner‑specific requirements into internal processes and assets. Ensure all internal processes required to support a partner‑led go‑to‑market motion are in place, documented, and compliant. Serve as the primary internal point of contact for alliance related matters, staying current on program changes, incentive models, certification pathways, and strategic opportunities.
- Systems, Tracking & Governance: Manage partner related portals for logging and maintaining opportunities, funding, and certifications. Track all alliance opportunities via Asana boards for alliance KPIs. Tag and manage alliance related opportunities within Luna (AND’s CRM) to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
- Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement: Support and coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities with partners. Represent AND at industry partner and customer events, gathering insights on market trends, upcoming opportunities, and partner feedback. Share learnings and insights back into the business to inform strategy and execution.
