You bring a deep understanding of the buyer journey and excel at leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a consultative, value-driven way. You know how to differentiate in competitive markets, building trust and demonstrating value through a combination of product expertise, technical knowledge, and commercial acumen. Analytical by nature, you enjoy unpacking business models, quantifying ROI, and helping customers make confident investment decisions. You’re energized by prospecting and business development, and you have the drive to independently manage the full sales cycle—from first outreach to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a named account list, developing account plans to expand business with existing clients and win new logos
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the right executive engagement at every stage
  • Shape our platform partnership strategy and help establish scalable, repeatable engagement models
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate and nurture new opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Contribute to team initiatives to refine and improve our sales process
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to influence product direction and engagement strategy

Qualifications

  • Extensive years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proven success in consultative sales with experience selling ACV deals
  • Experience selling to product, engineering, technical, and leadership stakeholders
  • Skilled in pipeline development through both inbound and outbound channels, ideally in high-growth environments
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Passion for FinTech and awareness of market trends
  • Ability to evangelize GrowthX’s value across fintech and adjacent verticals

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, or API-first companies
  • Understanding of digital assets, embedded finance, application of AI in the context of modernization
  • Familiarity with the regulatory or compliance landscape in the UK/EU

Location

London-based, with availability to work 2+ days per week in our office and flexibility for travel.
