Do you want the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of Engineering disciplines to enhance your technical skills? We are looking for our next Fatigue Analyst Engineer to join our Leonardo UK, Helicopter division, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with the fatigue and damage tolerance requirements as specified by the design criteria and airworthiness regulations. We cover the whole aircraft system across a range of helicopter, tilt‑rotor and UAV platforms using both metallic and composite materials. Our flight test activities are conducted onsite, so providing support to our flight operations creates opportunities to work alongside the aircraft.
You will work within a team of engineers in the UK Fatigue Office where we are responsible for fatigue activities on the UK product lines such as the AW101 and AW159 helicopter platforms. As part of the wider fatigue group, you will also have the chance to work on other civil and military product lines.
What you’ll do as a Fatigue Analyst Engineer:
- Fatigue analysis of metallic and composite, dynamic and structural components and associated reports
- Development of test proposals
