We are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Communications Strategist to join our growing CRM team. Wise is a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. We want someone passionate about making the complicated sound simple and producing communications that make customers feel great about using Wise. The role involves designing communications across multiple platforms that reach millions of customers worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll work closely with product teams to understand new product or feature launches, their impact on customers and any regional variations.
- You’ll define data‑driven communications strategies.
- You’ll write detailed, clear and well‑orchestrated briefs.
- You’ll collaborate with a talented and diverse team to create visually appealing communications.
- You’ll build relationships with stakeholders, follow up on performance and insights to iterate and increase impact.
- You’ll convey ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and ask 'what if'.
- You’ll stay informed about competitors and bring a strong point‑of‑view on what Wise should do to cut through and deliver best‑in‑class communications.
