This role is located in Edinburgh, United Kingdom – this is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality, efficient and professional levels of service are maintained for our clients at a senior level.
- Drive efficiencies and champion change within the Client Management Team and the wider Depositary.
- Support clients and colleagues by maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge.
- Lead client review meetings and coordinate the production of reporting for these forums.
- Manage and co-ordinate the review of change events / client scheme documentation obtaining necessary input from other T&D business areas.
- Identify and maximise cross selling opportunities for BNY’s products and services, participating in new client pitches and providing input to RFP/RFI as required.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or relevant professional business qualification.
- In depth knowledge and experience of CIS.
- Industry experience with a custodian/fund manager in a client facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
