About the Role
Work with multiple data teams across the organisation to standardise datasets, align definitions and consolidate reporting into a consistent analytics framework. Integrate data from sources such as Salesforce and other core systems, using Power BI to model data. Identify trends and patterns and deliver scalable business intelligence that enhances performance analysis and insight accuracy. Strengthen data governance, ensuring high data quality, consistent metrics and trusted definitions across all reporting outputs. Deliver robust, self‑service reporting solutions and partner closely with business partners to ensure insights are reliable and effectively used to drive data‑led decision making. Participate as part of a high‑performing, well‑established Sales Operations team known for expertise, collaboration and supportive culture.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to design, develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and solutions, bringing together data from multiple platforms to create holistic views and robust performance reporting.
- Experience in writing queries using T‑SQL or Spark SQL (Databricks).
- Ability to work with Salesforce data, including extraction, analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and master data best practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear narratives.
- The ability to understand complex data ecosystems, including how multiple systems interact and the upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes.
