We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Data and Analytics Product Owner to spearhead our data and analytics transformation.
As the face of this change, you’ll be responsible for integrating top-tier analytics capabilities across all business functions, empowering our teams to make informed, efficient, and effective data-driven decisions.
Your goal will be to facilitate swift, structured delivery of data and analytics products, establish clear success metrics, and deliver tangible benefits that align with our strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Understand key business metrics and their impact on profit, revenue, and member retention.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and prioritise analytics projects that deliver the highest value.
- Expert in different types of analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive) and their appropriate use.
- Take full ownership of analytics products from analysis through deployment and decommissioning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to set goals, manage priorities, and deliver data products that add value.
- Communicate complex analytics clearly, ensuring products are accessible, trustworthy, and impactful.
- Work with stakeholders to explore innovative analytical approaches aligned with business strategy.
- Ensure data products comply with guardrails and regulatory requirements and measure their impact.
Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future.
Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience
- Previous experience in leveraging existing data and analytics infrastructure and identifying opportunities for new technologies to deliver exceptional customer and colleague outcomes.
- Experience in leading a team within a data and analytics space.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles and the ability to positively promote the benefits of working this way to stakeholders, cross-functional teams and the wider Analytics team.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Proven evidence of identifying, creating and delivering successful analytics products and services that drive measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of the different types of analytics and the ability to effectively apply to address business problems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
