Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current business processes across departments, helping us understand where improvements are needed.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to develop clear, practical solutions.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing ways to reduce costs and streamline operations.
- Work closely with operations, IT, and other teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Support change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes, providing ongoing analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in analysing and improving business processes, ideally within insurance or related industries.
- Skills in using process mapping tools like Visio, Bizagi, or Lucidchart.
- Knowledge of insurance systems and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, Solvency II, or AML is a plus.
- Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to create visual reports for diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
