At System C, our mission is to connect and transform health and care outcomes through technology that genuinely makes a difference. We are a UK-based organisation with deep expertise in health and social care, and we are looking for a Healthcare Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects such as electronic patient record implementations, care management systems, or digital health solutions. This role sits within our Professional Services function and plays a critical part in ensuring our customers achieve value from our solutions, from project initiation through to go-live and handover to support.

What you will be doing

  • Manage multiple implementation projects, taking full ownership of delivery while working closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Lead project initiation, kick-off, and planning workshops.
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, change control, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate technical and consulting resources to ensure delivery to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and provide on-site support during go-live where required.
  • Track project spend and forecasts, escalating risks or potential overspend early.
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Product, Development, Sales, and Technical Services teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and professional services processes.

What we are looking for

  • Strong project management experience, including methods, tools, and governance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven experience delivering projects within UK health or social care environments (e.g., NHS organisations, local authorities, or healthcare providers).
  • Experience working with clinical and operational stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, care providers, service managers) and understanding healthcare workflows.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and influence outcomes.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and data protection requirements such as GDPR.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
