As a Data Product Manager at ASOS, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data powers decisions across the business. Working closely with Engineering Leads and cross‑functional teams, you’ll set the vision, strategy and roadmap for data products that unlock meaningful insights and real business impact. You’ll focus on solving high‑value problems and delivering scalable, intuitive data solutions that enable teams to move faster, make better decisions and innovate with confidence. Your work will help embed data at the heart of how ASOS operates. You’ll define the “why” and “what” of our data products, partnering with engineering to shape the “how” and “when”. Through collaboration and clear product thinking, you’ll deliver tools and platforms that make data more accessible, actionable and impactful across the organisation.

Qualifications About You

  • You bring experience in data product management and have worked across data platforms, core datasets or analytics products.
  • You’re comfortable working with data systems and have a good understanding of analytics, data modelling and governance principles.
  • You enjoy collaborating with both technical and non‑technical teams, translating complex ideas into clear, valuable outcomes.
  • You’ve worked in agile environments and are confident shaping roadmaps, prioritising effectively and delivering iteratively.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your style to different audiences and bringing stakeholders with you.
  • You’re motivated by solving meaningful problems and focus on delivering outcomes that genuinely add value.
