If you thrive on mentoring a team while remaining deeply hands-on, this is your next role.
Benefits
- Access to a generous discretionary profit share scheme
- Hybrid working (we’re in the office 2 days per week)
- 26 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
What you’ll be doing:
- Account Mastery & Optimisation - Highly hands-on, you’ll be the ultimate authority for performance, testing, and improvement plans. Alongside the Senior Manager, you’ll own the overarching bidding process and large-scale budget optimisation.
- Process & Workflow Innovation - Acting as the team's operational architect, you’ll proactively identify inefficiencies, developing and documenting new processes. Your goal is to continually streamline workflows, leverage automation, and elevate account performance.
- Operational Delivery & Mentorship - You will drive our PPC operations and guide the team's daily output by managing task distribution and reviewing performance. As a senior mentor, you will support the Specialists' development by sharing advanced technical knowledge and coaching them through complex challenges.
- Drive Strategic Vision - Partnering with the Senior Manager, you’ll implement our long-term PPC strategy and lead critical projects. You’ll stay ahead of platform updates, deputise for the Manager, and actively identify new commercial growth levers to scale the channel.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Channel Collaboration - You’ll manage relationships with Google, Microsoft, and Apple, and collaborate internally with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to align PPC with wider campaigns. You’ll also translate complex technical data into clear, strategic updates for senior leadership.
What you’ll have:
- PPC Authority - Mastery over SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, and GA4, with a deep understanding of custom attribution and conversion tagging (e.g., Floodlight).
- Data-Driven & Technical - Robust data analysis skills to deliver actionable recommendations. Advanced technical abilities (SQL, BigQuery, Scripts) are highly desirable.
- Leadership & Mentorship - Proven ability to influence stakeholders, delegate effectively, and motivate junior team members by clearly explaining the 'why' behind strategies.
