As an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivering complex Oracle transformation programmes—ensuring they land on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll act as the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the challenges of large-scale change while leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes
  • Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
  • Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
  • Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1’s MAXIMISE methodology
  • Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control
  • Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
  • Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
  • Support pre-sales and business development activities
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM)
  • Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
  • Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments
