- Work independently, to a high standard, as the sole UX Writer within a Scrum/Agile team.
Qualifications
- Experience in a UX Writer or Content Design role that leverages User‑Centred Design principles.
- Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) design principals.
- Expertise in advocating for User‑Centred Design and negotiating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with brand tone‑of‑voice guidelines, design patterns, and style guides.
- Experience in an Agile or similar multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in Markdown or HTML for content creation.
