  • Advise stakeholders on a broad range of UK tax matters, including projects and restructures
  • Lead the R&D tax credit process, partnering with advisors and internal teams
  • Manage and optimise the Group’s Patent Box position
  • Support tax governance in line with SAO and CCO requirements
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks across the UK business
  • Build strong HMRC relationships and support a low‑risk rating outcome
  • Drive continuous improvement in tax processes and controls
  • Support implementation of Country‑by‑Country Reporting and Pillar 2

What you’ll need:

  • CTA/ATT/ACCA/ACA qualification
  • Strong UK corporate tax compliance and reporting experience
  • Experience with R&D Tax Credits and Patent Box preferred

  • Experience managing external advisors and working in a large or complex organisation
  • Previous experience as a Tax Accountant in a UK business with an international presence
  • Experience with D365 or OneStream preferred

What do we offer you?

  • 25 days of annual leave, plus an extra day off for your birthday; a volunteer day to support a charity that matters to you
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay and childcare vouchers to support you as a parent
  • Pension plan with 4.59% employer contribution, alongside your own contributions
  • Group income protection and life assurance (four times your salary)
  • Tax‑efficient share save and share incentive plans
  • Private medical insurance through Vitality extended to immediate family
