Responsibilities

  • Own the development and delivery of our partner programme, continuously evolving it to maximise engagement, adoption and commercial impact.
  • Work closely with Sales to align on partner growth plans, translating pipeline insight into targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that drive cross‑sell, upsell and new revenue opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of co‑created campaigns with partners, from 1:1 strategic accounts to scalable 1:few programmes, focused on demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing marketing expertise, insight and best practice to help them improve campaign effectiveness, targeting and lead management.
  • Support the day‑to‑day management and promotion of partner programme benefits, ensuring partners understand, adopt and maximise the value available to them.
  • Use data to identify high‑growth opportunities across the partner base, track performance, and continuously optimise programme impact, reporting back to senior stakeholders on ROI and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in partner marketing, campaign marketing or marketing communications.
  • Experience working in channel environments, ideally within telecommunications or technology.
  • Proven track record of managing and evolving large‑scale partner programmes.

Skills & Approach

  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data and insight into actionable growth strategies.
  • Highly analytical, confident interpreting complex data sets to identify opportunities and measure success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence and align senior internal teams and partner organisations.
  • Hands‑on and results‑driven, comfortable operating at both a strategic and execution level.

Tools & Knowledge

  • Experience with marketing tools and reporting (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, CRM/automation platforms such as HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, MDF management and ROI tracking.
