Who are we looking for?

This role is an opportunity for someone looking to build experience within a purchase ledger and expenses environment. The team is very process‑driven and there will be key tasks and milestones to achieve each month. Accurate processing and attention to detail is of high importance.

What will you be doing day‑to‑day?

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
  • Processing payments via the bank and credit card
  • Reconciliation of the monthly credit card statement
  • Reviewing employee expenses and ensuring these are in line with Group policy and HMRC rules
  • Dealing with supplier queries and resolving disputes
  • Setup of supplier and employee accounts
  • General administrative duties and providing support to the finance team

  • Prior experience in purchase ledger or an understanding of accountancy
