  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of integrated demand generation campaigns and programmes, from briefing and planning through to execution, optimisation and performance reporting.
  • Create and manage multi‑channel nurture programmes designed to engage buying groups, accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel and improve conversion at each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Deliver targeted campaigns to drive engagement within priority accounts, vertical markets and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), using intent data and market insights to inform activity.
  • Plan and execute a range of customer and prospect‑facing events, including industry exhibitions, executive roundtables, webinars, hospitality and Gamma‑owned events.
  • Analyse campaign, pipeline and engagement performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations to optimise results and maximise return on marketing investment.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely lead follow‑up, nurture progression and alignment between marketing activity and commercial priorities.
  • Present campaign plans, activity updates and performance insights to Enterprise Markets stakeholders and wider marketing teams where required.

  • Demonstrable experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of planning and delivering integrated demand generation campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Experience marketing technology solutions or services, ideally within telecommunications, customer experience, contact centre, collaboration, cloud or wider B2B technology sectors.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret campaign, engagement and pipeline data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
