About The Role

Milton Keynes (Hybrid, with regular travel to London)

You’ll be working closely with our Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs and senior stakeholders across Finance and beyond. It’s a role with real visibility and the chance to see first‑hand how strategic decisions come to life.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate broking, or a similar finance or communications role, with a strong understanding of capital markets
  • Confidence working with financial data, including financial statements and valuation concepts, with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills able to turn complex information into straightforward, engaging presentations and written materials
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the credibility to work with senior stakeholders, investors, and external partners
  • An analytical and proactive approach, able to interpret trends, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of your work

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support investor communications by preparing results announcements, trading updates, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Coordinate investor and analyst engagement, including meetings, roadshows, and responding to queries professionally
  • Deliver market insight by tracking forecasts, monitoring competitors and trends, and producing clear, actionable reports
  • Work across teams to ensure accurate messaging, support governance requirements, and manage relationships with external partners
  • Contribute to corporate affairs activity, including external communications, media materials, and support during key issues or announcements
