As our new Warehouse Systems Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be the key intermediary between our warehouse operation, the Jet2 IT team, our WMS/WCS providers and, in time, our automation provider. You will respond to issues raised by users in the warehouse and where appropriate resolve the issue and own them to completion. This role is based 5 days a week at our Middlewich Warehouse.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Application Support for Jet2’s WMS and WCS platforms.
  • Onsite desktop/IT Support – liaising with Jet2IT as necessary.
  • Escalate issues to our WMS and WCS suppliers – ensuring incidents are managed through to completion.
  • Master Data Management & system administration of WMS and WCS systems.
  • Report writing.
  • Manage small projects.
  • Contribute to out of hours support for the site.
  • Assist in specification, testing and implementation of small changes to systems.
  • Proactively monitor on-site systems.

What you’ll have:

  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Warehouse Control Systems.
  • Desktop Support, including Windows Operating Systems, browsers and peripheral management.
  • Hand-Held Terminal Support.
  • Networking – TCP/IP, LAN, WAN and patching.
  • Experience in using service management tools, ServiceNow preferred.
  • Experience of warehouse automation – an advantage coupled with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Scada or Vanderlande is advantageous.
  • Understanding of SQL with good experience using PowerBI.
