AJ Bell is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to shape the Direct-to-Consumer experience.
You will lead end-to-end research, translate customer and business questions into actionable study plans, and collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to embed customer insight into decisions.
You will work within an established UX Research function to raise quality and impact, leveraging remote and in-person methods while ensuring ethical, customer-centered practices across the business.
