Who are we looking for? We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Solutions Engineer who can quickly integrate into the team and build on existing work with confidence. You’ll bring a proactive, collaborative approach, strong technical expertise, and the ability to contribute from day one – helping to deliver high‑quality solutions while working seamlessly with colleagues across the business.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Collaborate with Technical Leads to drive IT projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and manage security measures in collaboration with the security team to safeguard data and systems.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures, while sharing knowledge and training others.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT engineering solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Initiate and participate in service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to change control processes.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, programming languages, and tools.
  • Experience with system architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating technical projects.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a technical role, e.g. Engineering or systems engineering.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure) are a plus.
