You’ll help improve the property industry by conducting training sessions for new Street.co.uk clients and follow‑up sessions. You’ll plan your diary, design workshops and support customers navigating the system with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert on Street.co.uk across sales, lettings management and lettings accounting.
- Conduct face‑to‑face demos of Street.co.uk to new estate agency clients across the country.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships, conducting follow‑up calls as required.
- Forecast, plan and coordinate client visits based on go‑live dates.
- Act as a product brand ambassador, ensuring a solution‑led approach to sales.
- Represent Street Group professionally, showcasing passion and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology to evolve and improve training sessions.
- Use industry knowledge to identify, scope and prioritise client issues or feature requests.
- Contribute ideas and perspectives to shape Street Group’s future.
Qualifications
- Background in lettings accounting, property management or estate agency, with interest in tech.
