As our client base rapidly expands, we’re entering a pivotal moment of growth to ensure we can continuously support both our new and existing clients. If you join us, you’ll be helping to improve the property industry for everyone by conducting training sessions for our new Street.co.uk clients and conducting dedicated in-person sessions at the pre-go‑live stage, as well as follow‑up sessions. You’ll have the autonomy to plan your diary and design workshops, while always going above and beyond to help customers navigate the system with confidence.

We want to drive the adoption of our software and unlock long‑term value through effective training that further strengthens our relationships with our clients. Over the past five years, we've been working on Street.co.uk – our groundbreaking product that puts transparency, user experience, and beautiful design at the heart of the property industry.

Joining our dynamic and ambitious Street.co.uk team, you will be a dedicated product trainer for our customers as they embark on their journey with Street, building a seamless training experience and providing practical support during the crucial onboarding phases.

Here’s what you can expect to be working on:

  • Become a product expert on Street.co.uk across the different areas, including sales, lettings management and lettings accounting.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face demos of Street.co.uk to new clients that are based in estate agencies up and down the country.
  • Nurture excellent client relationships, conducting follow‑up calls as required.
  • Forecast, plan and coordinate your client visits based on when the client is due to go‑live.
  • Be an expert/brand ambassador for our product to ensure a solution‑led approach to sales.
  • Display a professional and passionate personality while representing Street Group.
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing and technology departments to evolve your sessions to make them informative and engaging.
  • Use your industry knowledge to identify, scope out and prioritise any issues or feature requests communicated by clients.
  • Help shape the future of Street Group’s mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.

A bit about you:

  • Background in Lettings Accounting and/or property management and estate agency who wants to transition into a tech environment that strives to improve the property industry.
  • Strong interest in technology and the enthusiasm to quickly learn new products and features.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a presenting environment.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented person who can create engaging presentations to deliver the relevant training topics to new clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A self‑starter who can take initiative when needed.
  • Curious and conscientious, making it your business to know everything about our product, with the communication skills to share that knowledge in a way that inspires.
  • Route/Journey Planning experience.
  • A full UK Driving License is required as you will be travelling to client sites across the country. Overnight stays will be an expectation of this role.
