Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH) | £30k-£35k + up to £55k OTE

Responsibilities:
- Take total command of the cross-sell lifecycle, turning untapped potential within our elite client base into closed-won revenue.
- Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel, from initial outreach to contract signature.
- Conduct expert-level demonstrations of the Spectre suite, specifically tailoring the pitch to how the new module will solve a client’s pain point.
- Prioritise high-value accounts and multi-branch agencies for strategic expansion campaigns.
- Work with existing power users within an agency to champion Spectre to other departments or branches.
- Act as a feedback loop for the product team, explaining why certain clients aren’t adopting specific modules to help shape our roadmap.
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM.
- Stay ahead of the PropTech curve, speaking the language of estate agents and understanding their challenges.
Qualifications:
- You love the "win" and are motivated by hitting targets and seeing direct impact on ARR.
- You have 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, or account management with heavy sales focus).
- Experience in PropTech or estate agency is a significant plus.
- You sell solutions, showing how adding a Spectre product impacts a bottom line.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to command a room or video call.
