About this role: As a Field Account Manager for McDonald's, you will own the commercial and operational growth strategy across your designated area in Leeds, York, Sheffield and surroundings. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on strengthening partnerships with franchisees. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning on strategies that boost consumer engagement and foster sustained, mutual growth.
